What you share is stored securely on servers operated on our behalf and synced so the Service can remember what matters to you across the devices where you sign in. Some information is also kept on your device so the Service works when you are offline.

If you choose to share a palm photograph, it is analyzed on our own servers to detect the lines of your palm. The photograph itself is never shared with any third party and is not stored: it is processed in memory and discarded, and only the detected line data and the written reading are kept.

Sharing a palm photograph is always optional. Depending on where you live, a palm photograph may be treated as biometric information, and by choosing to share one you consent to it being processed for this purpose. You can delete your palm readings, or your account, at any time.

Some of what you share may be processed by artificial intelligence systems to shape personalized reflections and suggestions.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including:

• Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting and infrastructure)
• MongoDB Atlas (database)
• Anthropic (AI-generated reflections, conversations, and readings)
• OpenAI (text embeddings that power memory recall)
• Twilio SendGrid (transactional email, such as password-reset codes)
• Expo (push notification delivery)
• PostHog (product analytics)
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim (converting your birth place into map coordinates)
• Apple (sign-in)
• Google (sign-in)

These providers may process data only as necessary to operate the Service on our behalf.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Restrict processing
• Withdraw consent

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us so we can remove it.
